When parents are away, the kids can finally play!

When the parents are away, the kids can finally play 🙂

This is our Utah-Arizona adventure extravaganza with some of our favorite people.

  • Michele: Our beautiful aunt. She is an amazing cook, crafter, and mom to four gorgeous little boys.
  • Dave: Uncle Dave! He is very musically talented, he can put up with chick flick’s (if you ask me, that is impressive), and an amazing dad to his four boys! Oh, and his favorite food is watermelon turkey 😉
  • Tay Tay: The cutest 6 year old out there! All I can say is girls will be chasing after him. He is such a little sweetheart.
  • Christy: SO STINKIN’ CUTE! He loves TT with all his heart, tears were shed when TT left, such a sweet boy! And he can sing his little heart out!
  • Grant: Feisty. That little boy! Oh my goodness, he can put up a fight! But his little face… I can’t argue with that. SO CUTE! He still has such a sweet side to him… He is exactly like Ari.
  • Ryan: OH MY GOODNESS. Ryan is such a little chub. Apparently I was a baby hogger. But I couldn’t stay away! He is the cutest little thing ever!

Beautiful day to be in Provo canyon with these fellas.

Beautiful girls!

Beautiful girls!

They sure do love each other!

They sure do love each other! Notice TT’s white face… I guess he doesn’t know how to rub sunscreen in… 😉

Michele and Dave stayed with us in Utah for a week and then me and Ari drove back to Arizona with Michele for the second week and TT flew down to California to spend some time with Christina, Jeff, Landon and Wyatt! All the pictures I have on here are from Utah, I don’t know why I don’t have any from Arizona… I guess I was having way too much fun to take any pictures 🙂 So, I figured I will just have to list off everything we did.

~Utah~

  • FRIDAY: Despicable Me 2 (Such a cute movie)
  • SATURDAY: Drove up Provo Canyon with Sub Sandwiches and fished. Got shakes on the way home and watched my fav show just before bed.
  • SUNDAY: Tie Dyed shirts and ate the most delicious dinner ever! (Lime Chicken Tacos and Texas sheet cake)
  • MONDAY: Hiked to Timpanogas Cave, went to Cowabunga Bay Waterpark with Tay Tay and Christy (they went on every single slide!)
  • TUESDAY: TT off to California, Dave back to work. Christy was devastated when Tallon left… Lots of tears shed.
  • WEDNESDAY: Swimming day, getting ready for LONG drive down to Arizona.
  • THURSDAY: 15 hour drive back down to Arizona. Need I say more?

~Arizona~

  • FRIDAY: Swimming, Chick Fil A, rode our bikes to Dairy Queen and got some ice cream, movie night: Adventures of Babysitting (LOVED that movie)
  • SATURDAY: Big Surf. So. Much. Fun. Went to Gino’s pizza after and went swimming during a monsoon! Oh my goodness, was that fun! And Dave took me and Ari after to get Orange Julius’s and we sung our hearts out to eighties music, as it may come as a surprise, yes, I know eighties music (props to my mom for exposing me). Definitely my favorite day.
  • SUNDAY: Church, Soccer tournament (note to self: ALWAYS let Ari win.), painted bird houses and made DELICIOUS Apple dumplings. Ended the night watching a chick flick.
  • MONDAY: Swam, went shopping, and they took us to the one and only DELICIOUS Joe’s Farm Grill.
  • TUESDAY: Last Day. :`( Michele took us to Frost. Seriously the best Gelato I have ever had. Airport and home. (Our plane was delayed because there was a coyote on the runway! Haha 🙂 That doesn’t happen every day, you know.)

We had so much fun with Michele and Dave and their BEAUTIFUL little boys and we miss them so much already! Thank you guys for the best 2 weeks of our summer! We love you! 🙂
