Super Chill Thanksgiving

When Thanksgiving rolled around a couple weeks after my retreat, I was in a perfect place to just enjoy the holiday without stressing out about school, unlike last year.  It was a quiet one, as Jeff and Christina betrayed our tradition and headed to CA, and Michelle and Maruan couldn’t make it, we had Roma and Steve, Lelu’s friend Jake (whose parents live in Chile) and our little family.  B, the kids, Jake and Steve went skiing – with really good snow this year for a change.  Dinner was delicious, we headed to Mom and Dad’s for pie and then to a really weird movie – The Good Dinosaur. On Friday we took Christmas card photos completely planned and orchestrated by Lelu.  This was a Thanksgiving to be grateful for.
