Back in December Renee woke up one morning very jaundiced. They took her into the hospital and she was diagnosed with pancreatic cancer.  She didn’t want any treatment.  She wasn’t in any pain until the very end and B was happy that she was still feeling good when he went to visit her in January.  All the kids were with her the last weekend and she passed away February 17th, the day after B and the kids had to travel home.  They laid her to rest on Saturday with all the of the kids speaking about their memories of her, the most touching of which by Michelle – truly an inspiration that I will never forget.
