For the AHFOD (A Head Full Of Dreams) Coldplay concert tour anyway, and my favorite concert thus far…..it even beat out the piano lesson concert because I had everyone (sadly minus Aub:/) sitting together and we had the best seats I’ve ever had. Once again Chris and I made eye contact – that’s 3 out of 9 concerts that I’ve had a direct eye contact and shared a little connection moment with him – haha. Alessia Cara opened for them again and Ari was waving to her and she looked down at her and says “Oh Hi there”. It totally made Ari’s day. Master D brought Maddie and Lelu brought a cute date named Aaron. We were right next to the confetti cannons and were covered, I mean covered in confetti! Lelu sucked some up her nose, I swallowed some and then it fell out of my shoes and clothes and I’m still finding bits of it in my purse and wallet. I find it somewhat karmic one of their best singles on this album is called “An Adventure of a Lifetime” because this concert definitely takes its place on my blog of our many adventures as ‘one of a once in a lifetime of favorites’ coming together. This was also Maddie and Aaron’s first concert ever – so that was an extra bonus for me to introduce them to the amazingness of a Coldplay concert.
Lelu and Aaron hit a lot of traffic and got there right when it started

These were taken on my crappy phone so you can see how unreal our seats were!

More fun – Labor Day Weekend travels…
Master D and Maddie went to Nashville to visit her best friend and had a great time. Of course all I got was airplane photos but aren’t they the cutest couple ever??
We went to AZ for a quick trip and went to the BYU v U of A game, ironically freezing to death in their over air conditioned stadium (while it’s over 100 outside) only to leave with 3 minutes left in the game and miss the amazing hail Mary pass at the end. Dave, Shel and Boys didn’t bail and experienced the awesomeness while TT was very unhappy with us. Doubt he’ll forget that one very quickly! Dave Shel and Boys and Lelu all showed their support – with Ari watching the two little guys who were not very happy being excluded from the fun. Man BYU fans are intense!

You ALWAYS stay until the end of a BYU game. They are NOTORIOUS for those HAIL MARYS!!
Becca
Yes! Can’t believe you would leave a BYU game with ANY time left! What fun you have ! Love seeing the beautiful pictures of our grandkids and all!!
BTW it was a field goal, not a HAIL Mary pass. I guess it is the same principle! I loved the story that the kicker was a freshman walk on, who the special teams’ coach convinced Sitake to put in saying he had never missed a field goal in practice. The other kicker suddenly got better after that. (I’m not a BYU FAN – ha!)
