Spring …….Break.

Meanwhile back in Draper.. TT was awarded his Duty to God award with just a few other boys in the ward.

April 1 – 9 Was the twins Spring Break.  Ari was invited to Mexico with Sierra, so B and I took TT and his friend Dallin to Huntington for a few days.  I had to be back to class on Wednesday so we couldn’t stay long.  They only surfed one day.  It was pretty chilly and the waves weren’t very accommodating, they kind of beat the crap out of them.
We took one day and went up to Santa Monica.  They have this really cool area where people come to walk on slack lines, climb ropes, do strong man/cheer stunting.  And swinging from rings.  B was able to swing across them and TT climbed the rope. They also brought their own slack line and set it up under the pier when the lifeguards weren’t looking.  The first night they lucked out and no one saw them, but the second night they got kicked out of there.  It was a nice long weekend.  In the meantime, Ari spent eight days in Mexico with her friends (thanks Kelly for taking her and enduring teen girl fun all week), sunburning herself the first day (they do that every time no matter how much I stress sunscreen), but having the typical fun Spring Break TT wished he was having – taking far more photos than I should put in a single blog post.  It’s funny to look through these photos because it is literally the second generation girl’s trip – we are starting them young.

Back in Utah for conference weekend, Master D and Maddie had their second annual “listen to conference and then watch a movie on the Salt Flats” date. And the next weekend took a quick trip to St. George with a bunch of friends.
