Holy junk am I behind on the last 2 months. I am only taking online classes so I wouldn’t have to take a semester off or miss class for Master D’s homecoming and a few little trips thrown in, and I KNOW I’ve said it before, I do not like online classes. I get extremely sick of being on the computer, in fact as I sit here and write, I don’t want to be on the computer. I need a treadmill desk and then maybe I’d feel like if I could burn calories while I blog, why then I would be multi-tasking – and I love to multi-task.
I have faith that blogging will become enjoyable again someday soon but for now it’s going to be our world in a minute
Ari had a hip hop dance competition in Provo. Becca met up with us girls to watch it – and her team took 2nd place.
On Jan 31st, Little miss Christina turned the big 4-0, and her birthday wish was to go to Disneyland for the big day – to be accurate it was the big day in Korea when we enjoyed our day at the happiest place on earth then we flew right back home on the American big day. I think it made up for the interrupted by Kenzie’s appendix girl’s trip back in December. I love these girls!! We had a blast and laughed until our cheeks and abs hurt – as you will see in the following photos.
2/6/14 Lelu went to sweethearts with a very cute boy named Alec Hales, she’s known him since 5th grade. It was super stressful coming up with a guy to ask and then she thought of him. She had classes together with him in 10th grade and talked to him all the time but she hadn’t seen him in awhile. She had no classes with him this year, so kind of blindly dropped off the invite on his doorstep. The next day she ran into him at school and called me in a panic saying “Mom he’s grown a foot and got his braces off – he’s too cute, I’ll be so nervous”. Most girls would be happy he was too cute! We also had some major hair trauma – but I won’t go into that since previously I was cocky about my mad hair skills at the last 2 dances – it would ruin my reputation.
The whole group who came back to our house to play games and have cake and ice cream. Strangely enough, it was 3 of the girls’ birthdays that weekend.
02/12/14 Piano recital for the kids. I choose not to perform.
2/14/14 Valentines Day. I didn’t get a photo of my roses, but that was the theme of my Valentines day: Guns n Roses….as we headed off to Chipotle and a shooting range where we destroyed a very frightening zombie…yeehaw Axel would be so proud. I’m such a Utahn now.
Master D’s homecoming deserves it’s very own post coming up next…

Awesome!
