One time I asked Aub in a “Would You Rather” game whether she’d give up music or books and she could not decide, wouldn’t decide and said that life wouldn’t be worth it if she lost either. Well I agree wholeheartedly!!
The day we saw Adele we went and toured the gaudy Gaudi Segrada Familia towers and it did have a pretty cool view. You can see the mosaic fruits and the Christmas tree closer up too. I don’t recommend going up in the towers if you are the least bit claustrophobic, easily dizzied or large. They are very narrow!

I have no idea how many floors we climbed up and down but my quads have NEVER been that sore. I guess I should go start running some bleachers or something.
There aren’t words to describe Adele’s voice – you feel it deep in your soul and it brings up emotions that you had no idea existed. She was also incredibly funny, charming, cute, grateful and honest about the strains and difficulties of touring and protecting that voice. The memory of that experience is eternal.

I saw her on tv with her return to New York. Even with my poor hearing I really enjoyed her. She seemed to honest and her songs were meaningful. Grateful for subtitles on TV. Lyrics of songs impress me more than the music.
How cool that you were able to see Adele. LOVE HER!!
We need to go to dinner for your birthday!!
