#coldplayphoenix with Lelu, Rel, Rel’s friend Brian, Dave & Grant (since Gigi got sick and Shel couldn’t come – I was so sad) Because I was SO excited! Since it’s been FIVE years since they’ve toured. I missed them so much. Their newest album is my least favorite but the concert was really more of a greatest hits. Cherie gifted me this special pillow. I had it in AZ so I thought it’d be fun and not at all creepy to bring it. It was also the 2nd worst traffic I’ve ever been in to get to a Coldplay concert (number one was at the Hollywood Bowl in 2012)
The next day I chopped about six inches off my hair. I haven’t had my hair this short in over a decade.
Dave, Grant, Ryan and Gigi came over swimming too. Poor Lelu had picked up a cold somewhere so she was sadly sniffling on the couch.
We got to go visit Rel working at her new job at the Human Bean. It was a fun weekend.
